Fitness Training?

It’s the science of using a set of training exercises that use your muscles to work together during daily tasks, we do this by simulating movements you would do at home, at work or in sports. It focuses on human function, our ability to push, press, pull, lift, squat, lunge, run and jump as we once did.

Functional exercises usually use multiple joints and multiple muscles, for example, insted of moving elows a functional exercise might use not only the elbows, but also the shoulders, spine, hips, knees and ankles. When this type of training is done properly it can make everyday activities easier and cut down your risk of injury while improving your quality of living.

Functional exercise is very beneficial as part of a comprehensive training regimen for older adults improving balance, agility and muscle strength, it can also reduce  the risk of falls.
